I used to trim at home when I wasn't able to get to the salon, but I realized how important it was for a professional to do it because I couldn't get everything that needed to go. My hair, also, didn't last as long. I would need to trim every month when I did it whereas it lasts 3 months when she does it. I try to make it a priority.

I feel that people gravitate more towards Rihanna because she makes her products affordable and actually wears her products and promotes them 100% she came out with a hair line and went the extra mile to cut her hair to show a start to finish its more convincing how much faith she has in her products

I think these products probably work best if you’re about to get a silk press. I seen this one UA-camr use it before her silk press and I was sold 😂. It’s probably not for the wash and go girlies. I think fenty catered more towards the wash and go girlies.

Salon. The results are so much better and less stressful. But it was a challenge to find the right person

Both. I don't go to the salon often, but I know when a professional trim is needed. My trims are a stop gap to address immediate issues.

This is just my opinion but I just take care of my hair and it grows!!! I hardly go to the salon for any trim! I basically use herbs and oils to grow my hair and obviously a weekly wash day routine and it grew my tremendously and I use hair vitamins. My prepoo has herbs,my homemade shampoo has herbs in it and my deep conditioner has herbs too! I use henna every week innmy wash day routine too! I recently start using hair vitamins! So do not be hard on yourself hun,everybody hair is different!❤

Been natural for 5 years and I trimmed at home for the first 3 years. For the last 2 years I have been getting professional trims and my hair has just excelled. People don’t want to admit, but the fact is people who trim at home. Take off what they want and not what they need! I’m all about hair health over length and I’m 5ft 8inches with waist length hair. So I have a lot of length.

Salon. Every 4 months and my hair is thriving now. Plus I can get feedback on any adjustments I might need to make in my routine at that time.

Home. I’ve put in years of time and practice, going all the way back to my relaxer days. BUT I would go to a salon to get a specific shape. It’s easier to be on the outside looking in for fluffy hair.

I LOVE the CoTZ mineral sunscreen, richly Tinted. I love the dewy finish. It's definitely not water-resistent, but we forgive her bc she does the job in every other way!
